Shipping Delay Notice: Our carriers are reporting delays due to the effects of COVID-19. In some cases, there may be delays up to 21 days from the usual delivery dates. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding during this time.

Balance Her Hustle reserves the right to cancel any membership, subscription, or purchase at any time.

How does this work?

There are 3 plans available for you to choose from: Bi-monthly, 6 months/ 3boxes, or 12 months/ 6 boxes. Subscriptions automatically renew according to your plan at the end of the subscription cycle. You can cancel any time before your renewal date (15th of the renewal month) to not renew. For multiple month subscriptions, you can cancel any time. However, you will still receive the remaining boxes from your prepaid multiple month subscription and then your subscription will end. For example, if you choose a 6-month subscription at checkout and want to cancel after the 2nd month- you will still receive your 2nd prepaid box. After your 3rd final box, you will not be rebilled and your subscription will end. 

 

 

What are add-on days?

This option gives subscribers an opportunity to customize their box. From the 10th to 14th of each renewal month, subscribers will receive an unique link where they can access exclusive one-time products to add to their box. All selections must be final by 11:59pm MST on the 14th of the month on which the subscription renews. Please see the chart below.

*All orders received after the order deadline, as listed above, are processed for the next scheduled box. All dates and times are based on Mountain Standard Time (MST).

 

 

When is my renewal date?

If you purchased a Balance Her Hustle subscription box, your subscription will renew on the 15th of the month in which your subscription period ends. If you still have questions, please log into your account to see your renewal date or email us.

 

What if I need to skip a renewal billing and put my subscription box on hold?

You can skip a month (or two) of your subscription by logging onto your account and clicking "skip a month." Please ensure you opt to skip a month BEFORE your renewal date if you wish to skip the next box.  Customers are able to skip up to 2 months in a row. Regardless of the payment period they are presently on, when they choose to skip a payment, please note that they will only postpone it for no longer than two months. After the new renewal date has been created, customer will be moved to the new billing and shipping month(s), which will correspond to the new renewal date, which will usually be the 15th of the renewal month. Please note that if customer has an outstanding balance, customer will not be able to skip a payment/billing until the balance is paid. What are your Shipping & Billing Policies?

·      Please be aware that due to time differences between multiple time zones, your renewal date may appear as the 14th, 15th, or 16th depending on your location.

·      Please confirm that your address is correct at check-out.

·      Balance Her Hustle is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses.

·      If a box is returned to us due to invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $9.95 will be charged to reship the package.

 

 

Do you ship to international countries, outside of the U.S.?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. However, we are working to expand to other international countries. Please feel free to email us if you are an international customer (outside of the U.S. and Canada) and is interested in subscribing.

All international orders have an estimated 7 to 30+ business days for delivery, although Balance Her Hustle cannot guarantee a time frame for any processing delays that may arise through the post offices of destination countries. Balance Her Hustle is not responsible for any applicable governmental taxes/custom fees for international shipments that may be assessed.

 

 

What happens if I subscribe and then cancel right away?

Once you subscribe your account is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only guarantee that your subscription will not renew on the future renewal date, however, you still will be mailed a box. If you have cancelled because you want to be refunded and don’t want to receive a box, you must email us immediately at hello@balanceherhustle.com and request a refund via email as refunds can only be manually processed. Refunds can only be provided if you email us requesting a refund for your order or renewal within 24 hours.

 

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with Balance Her Hustle, you can cancel your subscription and end your automatic renewal at any time. However, please note that all cancellations must be processed before the automatic renewal date, as listed above. You can cancel by logging onto your account and clicking "cancel". If you need any assistance, email us at hello@balanceherhustle.com and we're happy to help! 

 

 

How can I reactivate my subscription?

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by simply logging onto your account and clicking "reactivate," or emailing us at hello@balanceherhustle.com - Your card on file will automatically be charged upon the reactivation of your subscription.

 

 

What if I need to change my address?

You can change your address by logging onto your account, or emailing us at hello@balanceherhustle.com - The cut off date to change your address for the month's box is before the 1st of the month in which your box ships (for instance: The boxes are mailed during the first week of the month in which it ships, September 1-7, last day to change your address is August 31st). After successfully changing your address, you will receive a confirmation email with your address change. Please ensure that confirmation email reflects the accurate new address, and feel free to email us if you need assistance! Nonetheless, you can update your address at any time. However, for mailing deadlines, all updates must be confirmed before the deadline as noted above.

 

 

Can I return or exchange individual items from the box?

We only accept returns / exchange of individual items that were damaged, missing, or defective. Please email an explanation and photograph to us at hello@balanceherhustle.com. The photograph is required to process request and it must show evidence of damage or defect. All request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the box. Our team will happily ship you a replacement as soon as possible.

 

 

What if I received a damaged item?

We will happily send you a complimentary replacement if your product arrives damaged or defect. Please email an explanation and photograph to us at hello@balanceherhustle.com. The photograph is required to process request and it must show evidence of damage or defect. All request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the box. Our team will happily ship you a replacement as soon as possible.

 

Please be sure that your photo is of:

 1) The outside condition of the box upon delivery 

2) The damaged Item showing evident damage/leakage 

3) A picture of the inside of the box you received. 

Our team will happily ship a replacement for damaged item(s) as soon as possible, (after receiving these pictures)!

 

Please note: You may be required to return the damaged/defective item(s) in order for us to process your claim. We will happily send a shipping label to you if that is the case.

 

 

What is your refund policy?

We guarantee full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at hello@balanceherhustle.com and request a refund via email as refunds must be process manually. Please note that after processing an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card. (Please confirm time frames with your cardholder).

 

Please note: This subscription is a surprise box, which is the risk you are assuming to when you subscribe. If you do not like the fillings of the box, then please consider spreading the love by gifting some of them to your friends, family, or colleagues. Be sure to cancel your automatic renewal if the box is not a good fit for you.

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS ARE SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION TO THE HIGHEST EXTENT! 

 

 

What if my box is stolen or lost?

All Balance Her Hustle box orders come with tracking receipts. Balance Her Hustle is not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed as delivered by the postal carrier or incorrect addresses entered by the customer. All claims for lost or stolen items can be made through the postal carrier's official website using your tracking number.

To guarantee a safe delivery, please be sure that there is a secure place for you to receive your boxes, or please consider requesting for boxes to be held at your local post office for pickup.
